Like another reviewer, we previously had ethernet only in the basement, resulting in poor Wi-Fi coverage on the upper levels. Regarding Trebor Technical Solutions, I wholeheartedly echo what others have shared. During the consultation, as Sriram (2021) observed, Rob "took notes of the locations where I wanted the drops, estimated the length of each run from the networking rack, and how the drops would be wired, carefully noting the number of cuts needed." Indeed, watching Rob in action is impressive--you can see him map, anticipate, and solve problems, as if he can "see" behind the drywall, identifying the cleanest and most efficient pathways. Sriram also noted Rob's "attention to detail deserves special mention, from planning the project to execution." I agree completely. Chaz (2024) wrote, "My experience with Trebor Technical Solutions was top-notch. The owner, Rob, went above and beyond." Absolutely. Rob left our townhouse better than he found it. Originally, ethernet entered through a hole in the wall--Rob repaired that neatly. He also removed unnecessary coax cables, replacing those plates with new ethernet plates. As reviewers' pictures show, Rob meticulously labeled each line with its corresponding room. Dan (2022) shared, "Rob is a pleasure to work with and makes everything easy. He pays close attention to details but also makes amazing recommendations." Couldn't agree more. He has a high work ethic and high standards. Even though I was running drops across three floors and opposite sides of the house, Rob made only the smallest of cuts in the fewest places and did an excellent job patching up the drywall." Exactly. These were also my observations: Rob accomplishes tasks effectively with minimal disruption. Notably, he expertly repairs drywall cuts, leaving them paint-ready--a service many contractors overlook, as Sriram (2021) mentioned. Finally, Rob's patience deserves special mention. He patiently walks you through each step of the process at the level of detail you prefer, answering questions thoroughly--from the initial consultation through to completion and beyond. 1) Not all Extra Space storage facilities are equal. When we were in the process of planning our…read morerelocation from the west coast to Maryland we needed to temporarily store some things so we called Extra Space storage and reserved a storage unit sight unseen. When we arrived to Maryland and finally saw it, we immediately ran as fast as we could to find a new location (see my review of the Extra Space storage on Old Ardmore Rd). Lesson #1, If you can get someone to check out the location if you can't. 2) We came to this location and the manager Tanesha was great. She worked with us to get a space that was conveniently located for the movers to be able to quickly unload the truck when they arrived and would also give us quick access so that we could get the things we need from storage while we were on our temporary living arrangement. Lesson #2 Being on the ground level of a climate controlled facility near an entry point is best. Everything was going great and we had no issues or problems for 6 months, until 2 weeks before we were about to move into our new permanent Maryland address.... 3) Fire!!! There was a fire in the 1st level bathroom which caused the sprinklers came on. We got the call to come down and see the damage and there was water in our storage unit. About 1/3 of our possessions were sitting in water. We had to come down and bring our own mops and towels to clear the water the best we could. The folks in the office basically were of the attitude of "yeah it happened" and told us what we should fill out an insurance claim. Lesson #3, no matter how nice and new the facility is, insure your stuff! (when you rent a storage unit they offer insurance which thankfully we got the maximum they offered). Just a few days before we were to move our stuff out, we just happened to go by the unit and there were people running around in the facility in "hazmat-like" suits (because of the mold). They basically said they were there to help the renters to go through their stuff and anything that was not water damaged would go to a new storage space on the 2nd floor and anything that was water damaged would have to be removed (taken home or put on of the many dumpsters in the parking lot). It was a blessing that my wife and I stopped in when we did because the management team had not contacted us about this operation where we need to go through our things and only move the undamaged stuff. So the first 6 months of our experience was great. The last 2 weeks were a total mess. The good part was that the insurance paid us exactly what we put in the claim no questions asked.

He answered all of our questions and made the move in process smooth. When we realized we did not have enough space he worked diligently to find us another unit on the same floor. The location had a great move in special. Considering I was on a time crunch everything worked out well.
