Although there were 2 employees seated at different desks without customers, they did not ask if I needed assistance. The receptionist came and asked if I needed help. I identified the one that interested me. She scanned QR code and said it was discontinued. I asked if I could purchase the display at a discount. She asked the manager for a price. The manager came and said she didn't trust the system and suggested it was not discontinued. They both left and I waited. The manager told the receptionist to call the company to verify. After having waited I left. I won't be back. The receptionist is amazing, the manager as well as personnel who ignore customers should be re trained or relieved of their duties.

No response. On July 21, I emailed again because it was now delaying progress on our construction. Valerie said the shipment was delayed until July 27. It's now Aug. 1 and I haven't heard back. As a side note, Dominion didn't have a couple of the items we had selected so I ordered them through Amazon. I had all of those items within 3 days. I'd prefer to use local businesses, but this was a mistake. As a final note, the project manager on our construction warned me not to use Dominion for precisely this reason. Sorry, Eric.

Within 7 days he sent over a technician named Omar who was very kind, cleanly, and efficient. The first thing he did upon entering my home was put on booties. He was very thorough about telling me about his diagnoses and explaining what he was going to do/did. When he completed the work, he cleaned up the debris that had fallen when he repaired my circuit breaker box. His attention to detail and cleaning up after himself are signs of elite contractors.
