For under $400, this business diagnosed the problem, got the part, fixed the issue and sent me on my way in less than forty-eight hours. The difference was they told me straight out what my issues were by the diagnostic number--no imperious patronizing, thank you--advised what parts were needed and treated me as if I, as a single woman, were capable of understanding the mechanism causing the problem. The waiting area is clean and comfortable if you have to wait while they work on your car. Busy was an understatement and somewhat irresponsible because I had to wait several hours. I bought a tire for $123 and they put it on, but never suggested Alignment to me. Now the car pulls to the right and I am going to have to pay to get it Aligned elsewhere. I'm not going back here.
