The owner, Santiago, came out on time to assess my trees. He gave a great quote and started immediately. Two of my trees were huge and rotted in the center. It was just a matter of time before they toppled over and took out several homes. The other two were small, but entangled with power lines. His team did a fantastic job managing the tree removals behind a sloping hill. No issues with surrounding property on my side or my neighbors. Right before a holiday weekend, so the fact that they responded quickly was well received. After assessing the situation Ben provided a few different options at different price points. We ended up taking the entire tree down, but it would have let us solve the immediate danger even if we couldnt budget the entire removal. The price for tree removal was good compared to quotes we got from other providers. They did really nice work cleaning up after. Also they threw in a quick pruning of a nearby tree and cleaned that up too, while they were there. And they found a way to fit this in before the holiday which was a huge relief for us.
