The owner looked at the car and asked me to bring it back on Friday the 20th. That he would work on the car all weekend. I gave him half of the bill as a deposit as he requested. I called him on the 25th, a week later and he said "I still have not gotten to it." That he was gonna "pull the car in right now and work it". I then went to the shop on Friday the 27th and my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I asked him once again "When are you going to work on my car?" He says he's gonna pull it in tonight, strip the paint and prepare it. Well I came back Saturday at 12 PM. I walked into the shop and there was an older man working on a car. I asked him where Mr. Davis was. He called to him and Mr. Davis said hold on, I'm putting my clothes on. Mr. Davis proceeded to walk out of his office zipping up his shorts, while his girlfriend was sitting on the couch. I said to Mr. Davis, " I would like to take my car and I would like a refund". Once again he says "I'm gonna work on the car right now". I very politely said "I would like my car back and I would like a refund". He proceeded to yell profanities at me and throw the keys in my face. When asking for the refund he says he won't be able to go to the bank until next week that he didn't have the money. I paid by credit card, I asked him to credit my card. He would not do so. This place is a fraud.

Don't always get to the center of the vehicle even if it's narrow. And I wish the undercarriage had more pressure. You feel the detail of what this car wash does is amazing. And they will run you through if the center doesn't get cleaned. The undercarriage wash tends to leave a lot of sand behind. Maybe more pressure or maybe more nozzles to spray the unbidding title now. But either way, don't let that deter you.I will travel 30 miles just to use this car wash. As I am in Middlebury, Vermont. And like I said I love this car was i strongly suggest the more expensive $20 packand you will absolutely love how your car looks after it's all.Does an excellent job at detailing your tired there is not enough good that I can say about this place.Try it for yourself and do inspect your car after you get out of the tunnel and out of the way

I've used this business before and had no issues with the quality of the work. This time, however,…read morethe interaction with the owner after my visit was extremely uncomfortable. When paying, I was asked to rewrite my check to make it out directly to the owner and not the business itself. I made a light, offhand comment about it being a little unusual, but I was clear that it wasn't a problem--I immediately paid in full and left a generous tip. Later that day, the owner called me and spoke to me in a very aggressive and hostile manner, questioning whether I had an issue with how he runs his business. The tone of the call felt confrontational and unprofessional, and it left me feeling uneasy and very shaken. Regardless of any misunderstanding, I don't believe that kind of reaction toward a customer is appropriate. Because of that interaction, I would not feel comfortable returning.
