After finding scuffs from their dirty brushes I put my membership on hold using their online site. They continued billing, though. Now I want confirmation it's cancelled. 19 Nov 25 utilized splash car wash in Rutland VT . Upon my arrival to my home garage, I saw large scratch marks up the right and left side of my 2025 Toyota. As soon as the damage was discovered I went straight to the car wash and spoke with a manager Ryan and he stated it would be taken care of. Ryan took all of my information and took photos. Ryan then told me I would be contacted prior to noon on 20 NOV 25 I obtained estimates for repair from the local body shops. Without warning one body shop manager immediately said "Yes its car wash damage". Since I had not heard from the management, I returned to the car wash and spoke with a manager Terrance. He told me he had to take photos and get information. I drove back to my home in Castleton VT and drove the 2025 Toyota Crown Signia back to the splash carwash. Terrence took photos and information and mentioned his other manager told him but did not forward my information. Terrence stated in his opinion it was not the equipment and it was ME that did the damage. Terrence offered me a walk thru inspection; however, I am a Disabled Veteran and did not want to risk my safety and declined. I further reported the incident to the Rutland Town Police who told me they have had multiple complaints concerning Splash Car Wash. SPLASH ACCUSED ME FOR DOING THE DAMAGE. I did not nor do I need my integrity questioned and all appraisales I was told it was car wash damage. In excess of $1200 NO RESPONSE OR ASSISTANCE FROM THE HQ in CT. read more

My wife went to get 1 car wash, got charged double what the cost should have been and was signed up for a recurring membership without her knowledge. Great car wash but the layout makes it very difficult to maneuver a pickup truck into the car wash. The corner is very tight. I probably won't be back because of the very aggressive staff who approach your car while you are selecting your wash. Both times I was there they reached over, without me asking them to, and canceled my selection on the screen so that they could give me a sales pitch. When I declined to buy a package they reached over again and pressed buttons so quickly that I have no idea what I had just purchased. If you don't want to have a self serve business, why have aggressive, hands on staff? I had the feeling that they were possibly working on commission. Not a pleasant experience. read more
