Transmission was junk, next transmission went in and worked for about six months then reverse went out on that one had them deliver a replacement transmission with no issue on that however they were not paying for labor again... was very unimpressed with the quality of the transmissions and customer service. I just crossed the two-year mark but only a year and a half on the third transmission and that is throwing codes. Don't buy anything that has moving parts from them.

I bought a used transmission there, had it installed at my local shop, and low and behold, it would not shift. I then took it to my local tranny shop who told me "it's junk." Of course, Leveille's told me to just return it & they would give me another. So, what about money I spent having to take it out & install another, not knowing if the next one was junk? They actually gave me grief when I wanted my money back when I returned the bad one. I did what I should have done in the first place, brought my original tranny & car to the repair shop, and had it done right. My catalytic converter was replaced at Leon in Feb 2025 at 160,000 miles. In April 2026, at 170,000…read moremiles, it was leaking. Shippee Auto flagged the leak and said I should go back to Leon to have it replaced. Leon checked the leak on 5/15/26, confirmed it was coming from the other catalytic converter (the less expensive one), and wrote me an estimate for work I did not need. Today I go back to Shippee's for something else, and they confirm for a second time that the leak is indeed coming from the catalytic converter Leon replaced. They either did subpar work and/or used a subpar part, refused to stand behind it, and then attempted to sell me on work that I did not need.
