Before I could finish asking the person working customer service said "we don't have those" I started over and it was a specific screw and the only response was "we have a lot of screws" I replied "I guess you cannot help" and walked away. He was perfectly fine with that level of customer service. I reached out through their social media first and was just told to go follow some other link to re tell my complaint. I had initially reached out privately because as a business owner I always appreciate being contacted so I can take care of the issue. To be given a link and shuffled off felt dismissive and tone deaf. This was once a great little neighborhood hardware but it is not the same with the new ownership

And it's not all furniture; there are lamps, (new) candles, objets d'art, (new) throw pillows, bookends, etc. Basically anything you could find at Pottery Barn (save linens and tableware) but higher quality and certainly more unique. It's such a comfortable, warm place that my husband and I enjoy just popping in every few weeks to see what's new. Unfortunately (or fortunately!) we've run out of spaces to put furniture. Rick, the owner, has a great eye for quality and style and is super friendly, to boot. Once he offered to lend us his SUV so we could haul a piece of furniture to our nearby home! We declined his very generous offer :-) They do deliver for a fee, for things that can't be wedged into a standard vehicle.

I enjoyed this place so much, I had to FaceTime my mom to show her how cool everything was. They had new, vintage, repurposed, and hand crafted pieces throughout the entire store. Pricing seemed high, but the quality was stellar. They also have a room full of just lampshades, so if you need to upgrade an old lamp, this would be a great place to go. They have a workshop in the store where they create items and it would be so cool to take an old piece to them and see what they can turn it into.
