It's a lovely and well-maintained little park tucked into the neighborhood, just a few blocks from the Plaza. It boasts tennis courts (and lines for pickleball, thanks Mandy L for the intel), basketball courts, the rec baseball field (where the Prunepackers play too!), some picnic tables, a kids play structure, and a parking lot. We walk through regularly and enjoy seeing all of the activity going on. I've also used the grassy areas for strength workouts with friends. Thanks for this beautiful green space in our town!

Where the water and trees welcome you with serenity. Come walk the dog, ride your horse, bring your kayak, bring your fishing pole, bring a blanket, have a BBQ in the group picnic area and more. A safe place for children but please always watch them around any body of water. Just on the outskirts of Santa Rosa, Riverfront welcomes you with all of its glory. The trails around the lake a extra wide and flat. Easy for a wheelchair to go round. This is one of my regular spots to escape and intake the beauty of nature. I highly recommend just buying a parking pass to support the parks. If you visit a regional park once a month, it pays for itself.

Windsor has really come into its own, they have so many events at their park. All of these events have high attendance with lots of people enjoying their city and one another. The clubhouse bathroom left so little to be desired that I would have preferred to use one of the nearby portable toilets (thank goodness they were there).

There's no snacks but the coner store/deli is jsut a block away, just past the Best Western Hotel on Dry Creek. There's a great big oak tree that shades an area where you can get yer gear on, sit and watch or hang out with friends. It's really an example, no A MODEL of how city government and locals can come together and support space for our youth. There's no graffiti and zero tolerance for drugs or violence and signs that say "This is Your Park, Take Care of it" and the kidz and elders do = every time I go there, it makes me smile! I've seen real young kidz and veteran/ experts ride here all toegther no prob'! This park just has a great energy, great feel! This is such a great little park hidden off the beaten path, with nice grass and really nice smooth concrete bowls, (so no bikes here)..the layout is not huge... but just flows ....so sweet, even if you don't skate take your lunch and hang out and watch the talent do their thing, SK8 for LIFE!

SO FUN!!! We kayaked…read moredown the river which was about 2.75 miles. It was calm and so beautiful. There are many points along the river where you can stop, lay out and have lunch. It gets a little crowded once you get to the main beach area but if you're kayaking or canoeing, it's very peaceful. The current isn't strong at all. Also, there are some rentals for kayaks & canoes there if you don't have your own or haven't rented them out elsewhere.
