We also did not feel they would fairly negotiate with us on the price of our diesel pusher in order to trade in only offering low book and continually telling us they don't need to negotiate on Newmar products because they "sell themselves "! We didn't feel we were priority as the owner and other staff members would answer the phone while we were trying to negotiate with them as well as help other customers in the showroom while we sat in their office. It was not a positive experience, we ended up working with another dealership who was happy to have our business.

I looked at the vans available for the dates I wanted and the Zion was just what I was looking for. It was the smaller of the standard sizes of Mercedes vans. That was great because I was slightly apprehensive about driving a larger van. (After driving the Zion, I feel I would be OK with the larger 170 inch wheel base vans.) The rental price was very reasonable considering that the van was essentially my home for three days. The van was well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoyed my three days and showing the van to my friends.
