I went to that dinky place in the mall and they wanted to charge 230$ to fix my screen. The guy CLEARLY didn't want my business. I remembered that batteries plus fixes phone screen due to an ad put out. I stopped by, walked in and spoke with a representative. I told him I had called the other day and was quoted 149.99. The computers had gone down and I was very patient with them. I could tell they appreciated me as a customer just standing there. After looking up the replacement part to my phone, he said he couldn't fix it. Bummer!! The manager, who I could tell was a genuine businessman, didn't want to lose my business. He told me that, if I was ok with it, he would take it to a neighboring store to have them fix it and bring it back. Lo and behold, I have a working phone. I applaud the staff for their ability to go above and beyond what they should have done!

I knew Sean would not refer me to someone who didn't trust and both times I've been in there. They have been courteous, efficient, and helpful. The first time, I was looking at almost $100 for a new cell phone battery, but they cleaned the port and worked on the phone a little to try and carry me over since I wasn't able to afford that at that time. Fast forward six weeks and I was still limping along with the phone although it did need the battery. I took it in today and they replaced it while I waited. I noticed they had a very steady stream of customers in and out. Jose waited on me the first time and Nino waited on me this time. Both of them are knowledgeable, friendly, and have very good interpersonal skills, I especially noticed today that Nino was dealing with a challenging customer who had limited English, and although I didn't know the entire story, he was firm but very polite with the gentleman the entire time. They also cleaned my phone up and made sure it was shiny and the port was clean when I got it back.
