I wanted to replace the old hospital bed that I had rented sight-unseen. It did not work out for what I needed for my mom. I was greeted at the showroom and very patiently shown the options within my budget. I chose a bed and asked when it could be delivered so I could have the other company come to remove their bed. Ray gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him when I was ready-- the same day or next morning which was Thanksgiving Day. Ray was very nice, patient, and personable. When I called him from the hospital with my mom's same day discharge plans, he said, "We'll load it up right now and meet you at your place." These folks are REAL people with REAL feelings for my very real situation. They were even having a company holiday barbecue when all of this went down and they invited me to share some of their food. Chrisland's crew not only delivered the bed on the evening before Thanksgiving Day, but they disassembled the old rental bed and stored it on the porch for pickup by the other company that couldn't pick it up till after the holiday weekend. I wish I could remember the young man's name who headed the delivery crew. He was polite, patient, and compassionate in explaining and providing tips on how to utilize the bed's features. My mom is active in the hospital bed, and I have to keep a very close eye on her. The bed alarm is perfect. Whenever she shifts her weight on the bed, the alarm sounds and I can check on her. I have to weigh her for record-keeping purposes since she's also newly on a G-tube, and the bed scale is also perfect. I can raise the bed up to tend to my mom without bending or leaning. The bed even tilts the head at a downward angle to make repositioning my mom so much easier when I have to slide her back up to the head of the bed. Needing a bed for my mom was stressful enough. Chrisland helped make it bearable! I highly recommend Chrisland Medical Inc to anyone who needs a hospital bed. I got exactly what I wanted, and Chrisland's customer service was STELLAR!

This is the worst sort of customer service, if it is even service at all. It is sadly one of the hallmarks of the third world, which the Chinese Medical community seeks to avoid it its efforts to establish its medicine in the US. I would prefer to take myself to one of the many Chinese medical supply places that practices courtesy and honesty, fair business and honors their own customer base.

Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner. And, you actually get to talk to a live person. Not only are they quick to fill prescriptions, if they don't have it they will go out of their way to get you what you need or offer alternative recommendations, and they did just that today. They will also deliver if needed. Who does that anymore except for those that truly value their customers. Unfortunately, I have to take a lot of medications now. I don't know why I didn't do this before, but after the help I received today I am transferring all my prescription needs (and my wife's) to this pharmacy. I tired compression braces, aleve, Icy hots, Solonpas patch's, yoga rollers, exercises and I kept re-injuring my lower back (3rd time). When I made my first visit I was on my 7th day of recovery and was not able to stand straight without a compression brace. Lower back was completely loosened after visit. 2nd visit I was able to move with full motion, no back brace.
