I thought the service was kind of iffy. There was an older gentleman there who was a bit rushy at first, I thought he was kind of rude but I didn't take it personal. He ended up being very nice and helpful. He got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. That's including me trying on the clothes. I would definitely recommend this place. First one that popped up was Reina's, so there we went. Wow! What a great experience. I used to wear Reina brand uniforms 10 years ago before my hospital changed their uniform policy. My new job requires that I purchase my own scrubs so I turn back to Reina. Same quality and great style! Went to this warehouse since no where else sells Reina Uniforms. If you purchase 4 uniforms, they give you 10% off. I'm a little on the short side, and they carry petite sizes, which fit perfectly! No alterations needed! I always wash my uniforms in cold water, delicate cycle & light drying. I can not say enough great things about Reina Medical Uniform! First off they have a huge variety of uniforms ranging from XS-4XL with so many colors and styles. I had a miscommunication with my CNA school and I had bought the wrong color scrubs but Reina was so positive in helping me exchange for the right color. Came here looking for a pair of white scrubs for my pinning ceremony. Settled on a set and noticed there was make-up left by another person. I informed the guy who had been helping me during my time there. He said he would offer a 10% discount because we weren't sure it would come off and it was in an obvious part of the shirt (on the front v-neck). It was the last white set of that brand. When going to ring me up, his bosses intervened as he was going to place the discount. He explained the situation to them but they told him no. I needed this pair of white scrubs so I paid the full asking price and left. Their poor customer service has left a sour impression and I won't be back to make any further purchases. The nice young guy who was helping me at least attempted to try and take out the make-up stain before I left. I know he felt bad. I went home and washed the set of scrubs before wearing them. Bought my first set of scrubs as a nurse here and have been coming back ever since. They have a huge selection of Reina scrubs along with Grey's Anatomy, WonderWink, Dickie's and a few other brands. I've given in to the Figs and Jaanuu hype but was less than flattered with how both fit on me, not to mention their high price point too. Super glad to have found WonderWink because the quality, fit, and affordability have bought my loyalty to the brand. The customer service here has always been great. I was very much looking foward to buying a new pair of scrubs and Reina's store was on my list of options. The young girl who sits by the computer at the entrance didn't even bother saying HELLO when I first walked in, and neither did the older Filipina lady (owner?) They have a large selection and variety of fabrics, colors, sizes and brands. The overall layout is difficult to figure out. The young man working and organizing the floor is very helpful and knowledgeable about sizing. I was originally going to buy a size bigger when he suggested I size down and he was right. Perfect fit! I'm 5ft tall, and the petite are a great fit. They are also slim fitting which is very flattering. I live about 10-15mins from here.. depending on traffic. I read some reviews and thought I'd check it out. I'm so glad I came. The parking is on the sidewalk ramp before the gate, and entrance is inside past the gate, to the left signed "SHOWROOM ENTRANCE." My daughter and I were greeted and asked if I needed help. I looked around and saw most of the scrubs were packaged in individual plastics, and I didn't know where to start, so wtheck. I asked for XS or XXS ceil blue, and she went and led us to the dressing room and brought me different brands and styles. She was quick, responsive, and waited to check if I was happy or not with what she brought me. Within about 20mins (maybe less), I had selected 3 sets ($31 each). I didn't have a whole pile in the dressing room making me indecisive and wasting a lot of time looking for the perfect one(s). Overall, this place is legit. It's a factory and store open to the public. Their brands vary from Reina, WonderWink, Cherokee, Dickies, Bio(?), and a couple others. They also have printed scrubs and Disney. They sell sets or separate, and have a sales rack... and the prices are very fair. The quality of the Reina are so soft and comfortable. And their fit is perfect for my petite size and form. The length on pants and tops were also perfect. This is way better than ordering online. I paid $102.30 for 3 pairs. Better than the $130+ I spend online with S&H. & the customer service is on point. A colleague of mine recommended that I check out this place for scrubs and boy am I glad that she did. Not only is there an extremely large selection of scrubs (even hello kitty! haha), but they also have a variety of shoes and accessories so it's really a great one-stop place for all of your hospital work needs. Each scrub set costs about $30, but they have a deal where I think if you buy 4 you get 10% off, which is really great for those who want a different set for each day. I was a bit concerned when I read on one of the reviews below that they didn't accept exchanges even if the product was never worn. I thought that was really silly so I asked them before buying mine just in case. They totally accept exchanges so I don't really know what the other person was talking about. Maybe some misunderstanding but the person I spoke to was very clear that they accepted exchanges within 7 DAYS WITH RECEIPT as long as the product was never worn. So just wanted to clarify that up for those of you who might be worried that it was final sale no matter what. Overall, I really liked this place. I actually paid upfront for pants they did not have, and it was supposed to come in later that week. As I arrived to check this place out, I was greeted by a man and women with smiles and helping eyes. I told them that I was looking for stretchy scrubs to fit my figure. The man right away told me that they had sets on sale and they were pretty stretchy. He was so helpful, I was so pleased with his customer service. When I first walked in I was so overwhelmed by the selection but this guy came out from the back randomly and offered me help. He helped me pick the style and colors I wanted and suggested I tried them on. When I didn't like the first couple, he patiently helped me find the sizes for another style I like. It took around 2 months for some embroidery, then I had a dozen work shirts done there and gave them an example to work with and reference off of. They took long and did not make them right, they had forgotten to put buttons on the pockets and got the logo wrong. I went back to ask them if they could please fix the errors. They did not want to take care of it their own mistakes and were said they were too busy to fix it, only wanting to charge extra for their MISTAKE.
