At Maurice's Kelsey asked if we needed any help. We told her what we were looking for, when the wedding was and where it was and she was all over it. She found all different dresses in our sizes that we needed. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of her associate, but she was a very sweet girl. She had her bring back the dresses that she found for us and put our names on our dressing rooms. We were able to talk freely with Kelsey and her associate about what we need it and even made some nice small talk. They even pressed the dresses and put them in dress bags for us for free . Which they had done for us and a little over an hour so we were able to take it home like that which, was great. Loved having such a personal experience here. I would highly recommend anyone going here. I also bought two extra blouses, which were very cute. A great experience.

The selection of items overall is good and service overall is fine. But my biggest complaint with this particular Ross was how messy the store is. It felt like a tornado tore through as there was so much stuff just everywhere. Food items mixed up with furniture decorations, toys thrown all over the place, clothes that aren't in the right areas and more. Not the best store I've been to but Al's not the worst.

However, stupid co-vid caused shipping delays... So Angelica the store manager stepped in to save the day, hooked us up with the Glendale store, offered us some compensation for our troubles and COMPLETELY took care of the whole snafu!!! We ended up with different shirts, but hey, they're just as rad, and I got to go down to the Glendale store alone and sneak and buy my lady a shirt as a surprise!
