She found all different dresses in our sizes that we needed. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of her associate, but she was a very sweet girl. She had her bring back the dresses that she found for us and put our names on our dressing rooms. We were able to talk freely with Kelsey and her associate about what we need it and even made some nice small talk. They even pressed the dresses and put them in dress bags for us for free . Which they had done for us and a little over an hour so we were able to take it home like that which, was great. Loved having such a personal experience here. However, stupid co-vid caused shipping delays... So Angelica the store manager stepped in to save the day, hooked us up with the Glendale store, offered us some compensation for our troubles and COMPLETELY took care of the whole snafu!!! We ended up with different shirts, but hey, they're just as rad, and I got to go down to the Glendale store alone and sneak and buy my lady a shirt as a surprise!
