We placed a quick lunch order through DoorDash, and the cornbread was extremely hard. Additionally, one of my coworkers only received 4 ribs instead of the usual 6-7 that typically come with the plate. When she called the restaurant to ask if there had been a change in portion size, the interaction was very unpleasant. Before she could fully explain the situation, the owner became immediately aggressive, repeatedly asking, "What's the problem?" and saying, "Get on with your point," without allowing her the opportunity to speak. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand the importance of professionalism and respectful communication--especially with loyal, returning customers. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard. It's disappointing to say that, based on this interaction, we will not be returning.

Took about 5 minutes to get my order and man oh man when I opened my box, I saw the steam blow out and the amount of fries, mmhhmm it looked great! Got a lot of fries on the side, with a side of BBQ and the main even was the loaded Briskte burger! It was super flavorful, loaded with grilled onions and BBQ, the brisket was soft, and delicious! Buns were steamy and it all just made sense. The food truck look pretty bright as well, grabs people attention for sure! My experience was great, prices were fair, and the quality was 5/5 stars. The cashier was pretty cool as well, had a nice talk with em while I waited. Over all a good experience and will come here whenever I feel like having me some brisket!

The food doesn't take long to come out at all. When my food did come out it looked quite amazing for it coming from a food truck. That's honestly why this visit was such a disappointment. The new building itself is beautiful, and the ambiance isn't bad at all, but the food was a complete mess. Almost everything came out cold, lacked flavor, or just wasn't prepared properly. We ordered mac & cheese fries, carne asada fries, fried pickles, sandwiches, and drinks -- and every single one of us had something to complain about, which is rare for our group because we usually don't complain. The mac & cheese fries especially were rough. The macaroni wasn't even mixed together -- it felt like plain noodles thrown on fries with cheese dumped on top. Way too much pepper and almost no actual flavor. The guacamole was so sour it made one of the kids unable to eat his food, and he's the type of kid who eats basically everything.
