I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Speaking as someone who is very meticulous with the maintenance of their home, I can recommend them without reservation. Kudos much thanks.

The original estimate was simple and they are very quick to schedule you and give you an estimated time frame (weather dependent). Overall, they did a great job. I will say, they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other companies in the area. We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job. I'm sure the quality of their work is there. We just didn't to spend so much money at the time. They also take credit cards which is a plus!

I worked with Tanner Kels from K&H and he consistently responded in a timely manner throughout the entire project, from quote estimation all the way through to re-seeding the disturbed area in Spring 2026. Pricing was reasonable, team arrived on-time, job completed correctly and on-time and no issues with any of the paperwork for the permits and inspections. I'd contract K&H again for future excavation projects.

We paid Greg Ryback in Full for a Retaining Wall. The company never finished the services, costing…read moreus over $3000 plus time, killed our shrubs and never installed the agreed upon steps and top area of steps as per the Proposal. For the past 2 years we have been calling, texting and emailing with regard to the deterioration and cracking of the Caps. Now the Retaining Wall is separating in areas. We have a 3 year Warranty, but they refuse to communicate with us entirely.

I'm pretty sure I've been scammed…read more I've had 2 paver jobs completed by Trevor's Landscaping and trusted them to install a pergola that Trevor upsold me throughout the process. The first paver job was a few years ago and, for the most part, it went well. My 2 issues with the 1st job were: 1) they didn't remove enough of the dirt from my property which increased the slope of my yard and 2) I had issues with the gaps in the polymeric sand within the 1st year, allegedly due to rain runoff from the deck above. Trevor is a great salesman. He is very responsive and charismatic while trying to secure the job and the deposit, but it goes downhill from there. Communication over the past few months have significantly declined as I wait for his crew to repair the grass damaged by their equipment, install the pergola I paid for in full 7.5 months ago, and install the paver sealer. I'm at the point where I've sent them an email requesting a refund or I will pursue legal action (a first for me - check out my other reviews to get sense of how I treat businesses). I consider myself to a reasonable, patient consumer and love to see small business succeed, but this is getting ridiculous.
