The work was not done properly, several items we discussed were never completed, and communication was practically nonexistent. We called for nearly two months trying to get updates on when the job would be finished and could never get a straight answer. The only way we got any information was by physically showing up at the shop. The biggest issue? We were never informed about storage fees being added -- and by the time we received the bill, there was nearly $8,000 in storage charges alone. That was never clearly communicated upfront. On top of that, the final bill was roughly double what we had originally discussed. We are now preparing for a legal dispute over the charges and the incomplete work. In my opinion, this company operates in a way that feels deceptive and extremely unprofessional. The owner is friendly right up until it's time to hand you the bill -- then everything changes. If you value your time, your money, and your property, take it somewhere else. Learn from our mistake. STAY AWAY if I could give less than a star I would.
