I was using them for parts sometimes, but walking through the showroom you get hassled. Thank God for internet sales, probably won't buy parts from them anymore. They act like you wouldn't know they were a salesman if you were actually there to buy one. Beware of their hidden fees they add on, always get the out the door price. We personally we get 10-20% off MSRP with no added fees... such as doc fees. There seems to be a new guy in charge on sales, he is a complete buffoon.

They were having a rider class at the time which was using most of the parking lot. They had chips and water for them which they offered to us. I really needed some water so I appreciated it! Sales almost always greets you when you come inside an HD Dealer. Gotta move those bikes! They were really chatty and professional and didn't try to push a sale on us really hard as they realized we were just riding through. Some places are relentless and demand your phone number and information and then send you automated texts. These guys were really chill. The motor clothes staff were very helpful as well. I always check out the clearance items. Left with some beard oil and other goodies. Great easy stop right off the highway with nice clean bathrooms. Worth stopping if you're riding in the area.

Was told $65 to replace just an innertube...that's crazy enough right! My wife was nice enough to pick it up for me while I was at work. I guess since she has a vagina it cost $89 dollars instead. $89 for replacing a 12x3" innertube...no tire...no mounting...just a tube replacement...after being quoted an already stupid price of $65 I should have listened to everyone's reviews...

I picked up my bike and it was backfiring and sound like crap. When I talked to the head mechanic, he said " I can't fix it". In the beginning he told me he was a master mechanic on Suzuki. Lousy service. Now I have to pay a real mechanic to fix my bike. I would give this shop a zero rating.
