Every time I called, I was met with attitude instead of answers. They gave inconsistent information, refused to provide any real help, and acted like any question I asked was an inconvenience. The way they handle people's property is careless and unprofessional. Instead of trying to work with me or explain the process clearly, they made everything harder and more stressful than it needed to be. The lack of respect and transparency here is unbelievable. I had Limestone Auto Solutions do the MDS delete on my Durango SRT 392 (MDS is the 8/4 cylinder…read moremode). This involves removing the front clip of the car, removing the engine heads, front cover, timing chain, cam, lifters, oil pump and oil pan (a big job). I also had them change out the auto transmission fluid and upgraded the engine oil pump to a Melling high volume pump to prevent too low oil pressure during idle. They did a great job. My Truck wouldn't start out in the middle of no where when I was all by myself on what felt like…read morethe hottest day of the year. After my insurance company pushed me off on operators in far away lands who could barely speak English and who could not communicate effectively with the towing companies they called, five tow companies would not come out as I was melting ( starving too) and dehydrating in the sun. One company called and informed me that all they do is jump start cars. I needed a one ton 21' dulley towed to the dealership not a jump. Finally a kind voice from Three Brothers called and came straight away. After waiting four and a half hours I was thrilled!!! He arrived promptly and gave me and my service dog a ride to the dealership. He also gave me a bottle of water. Very kind young man. He took great care of my beautiful truck also.
