Working with Dawn, the event coordinator was such a wonderful experience. The WLYC sits right on Wequaquet Lake, making it a dreamy backdrop for all of our pictures. Every single person we interacted with (especially Dawn) at WLYC was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the entire process, we never felt like we were just another wedding. We were able to bring in our own catering and use their kitchen. Part of their contract is to use their bar and bartenders (who were amazing, our guests raved about them!), fortunately their alcohol was very reasonably priced. The whole dining room faces the lake and large windows run the length of the room, there was plenty of space for all of our (17) tables and still room for dancing! They done a number of renovations over the past few years, giving the dining and entry rooms a beautiful facelift (and a higher ceiling) without losing any of the Cape yacht club charm.
