The experience was spot on…read more Michelle assisted with my Rehearsal Dinner as well, setting up the gifts, flowers, making multiple pick ups from my suite and my parents rooms making sure everything made it's way to the restaurant while we were rehearsing. She took pictures while we enjoyed our dinner, and was the 2nd set of eyes I really needed in order to enjoy the day. I couldn't be in 2 places at once, Michelle was like a ninja - filling the gaps and helping out whenever I was stressing out. Day of the Wedding, I had a Wedding Party of 18 excluding two toddlers, was staying 4 miles from the venue, had a 1st look deadline, pictures, 5 hotel room blocks and a 7:30 am wake up for hair and makeup. The timeline felt impossible. The hotels lost the pick up schedules, I had forgotten to plan tips, pack envelops and pay all of my vendors. I felt 100% organized going into the Wedding and then started feeling overwhelmed with small tasks, organizing people and making our deadlines. Michelle advised me on tips, had the interns run to the grocery store for envelops, addressed them. handed them out, went to each hotel with the file and made sure the guests were aware of pick up, called my Father and the Groomsmen to make sure they were on time, sent the photographers to where they needed to be, kept me on schedule, fluffed my dress, got the lip stick, got legit anything i forgot or misplaced, made sure my husband received his gift, made sure valuables were where they needed to be and everyone was informed and ready to go. She drove my car to the venue while I was on the trolley, ensured the venue was set up correctly, managed the gifts, and completely packed up the gifts and bridal suite end of night and drove my car back. When i forgot to pay the photographer, she left the wedding, found the check in my room and came back to the Wedding and made sure it was taken care of. The best part, this is probably a 3rd of what the team did. My biggest request - save me from drama, make sure its a smooth operation and don't tell me anything :) She must have been 1 hell of a problem solver because the night felt drama free and simply perfect. I had no worries. The investment was 100% worth it - Michelle is organized, calm, and just easy to work with. I would absolutely request Michelle if you are considering Event Planners of Plymouth. Erica responded to my inquiry within hours and got on the phone with me to make sure she and her team were a good fit. Once our conversation was over, I knew with no doubts that I wanted Infinite Events to take part in our day. I then met with Casey who instantly made me feel like I am the only bride that matters. I worked closely with Casey for the remaining 2 months and she was always a phone call away if I had any questions. Casey was present to assist during our rehearsal and made sure everything ran smoothly. On the morning of the wedding, Casey showed up to my hotel room early to assure that everyone was getting ready on time. Infinite Events even had an assistant with my husband and his groomsmen to make sure they knew where they had to be and when. Newport Experience mailed me my tickets so that I wouldnt have to pick them up, they were very informative and I was so excited to have won tickets, first time I ever won anything! $55 value for the experience. Since the sun sets earlier in September, the sail was before dinner. It was a gorgeous evening and the Aurora Schooner was filled. It's BYOB on the sailboat but not for dinner. We sailed for about and hour and a half. We were then directed to assigned seating for dinner. We were seated with 2 very fun couples in the middle of the room. As you can see in my picture, the lobster and clams were amazing. Particularly the roasted potatoes that came in the dish were surprisingly very good and 2 people commented on them. Corn on the cob and melted butter.I couldnt have asked for a better experience! My date and I shared a bottle of wine on the sailboat, and had another round with dinner. Lots of laughs at the table and service was great. Amazing view, drinks and a full belly. What more can I have asked for! Thanks to the staff at the Newport Experience for picking me!
