We met with Katy first after being matched with her through Beat Train's process, and within about five minutes we knew we wanted her at our wedding. She is funny, relaxed, professional, extremely responsive, and just genuinely fun to be around. We only had about 2.5 months to plan our wedding, and Katy never once made us feel rushed or pressured. She answered questions ridiculously quickly, helped us with song choices and edits, and somehow remembered all of the tiny details we discussed months earlier. The best part? She felt like a friend, not a vendor. Our guests actually kept asking us afterward how we knew Katy and how long we'd been friends. That's just how naturally she fit in. We're also not dancers. Neither are our families. Katy somehow managed to keep a packed dance floor going ALL NIGHT with people of every age dancing together, alone, and with complete strangers.
