Also, they have plenty of state-of-the art equipment. Dave was our DJ for the wedding, and he surpassed our high expectations. Our crowd danced all night, and many many guests told us that we had a great DJ. At one point it felt like every person was dancing. But more than anything else, I was impressed by Dave's warm and calm demeanor, his organization, and the way he handled our large party for introductions. He was low-key, which is just what we wanted. We had a wedding coordinator to run the ceremony and tell the party when to walk, but, had I to do it over again, I would have Dave do that part too. There was no notice from Chris that he was unable to attend my event. The meal was served on time though the corn on the cob was not included. There has been no explanation about why it was not served even though I saw the corn being shucked. The lobsters and steamers were over cooked. It was difficult to get the lobster meat out of the shell and the steamers were chewy. On a positive note, the corn chowder, coleslaw and potatoes were delicious! There was leftover chowder that everyone enjoyed the next day. Communication regarding my concerns following the event was very slow. It took several phone calls and an email to get a response (I did receive one voice message and then nothing). In the end, I was disappointed with the handling of my concerns and with management.
