To-go beer cans can be drank here for a corkage fee of $2.50. We came Thursday around 4:30pm and it wasn't busy. Only 2 other men were there but later came more men. Didn't see any women except me lol. Easy parking in a big parking lot shared by other businesses.

What makes this particular unique is that they have a lot of Portuguese items such as meats and breads. This is because long time ago Madeira Liquors was owned by a Portuguese man. It's a much closer drive for me than San Jose and is conveniently located right off the freeway. They have a fantastic selection - oils, bakery items, breads, linguica, and cheeses. I was on the hunt for some stinky cheese from mainland Portugal, but no luck on that one. The owners were super friendly and helped me find a few things, though they were unfortunately out of plain salad vinegar at the time. Overall, it's primarily a liquor store with a massive selection from around the world. But you can also find a variety of Portuguese food items and some very affordable Portuguese wines. I'll definitely be back!
