Man!! I love this liquor store!! Who says that right??? My family and I were having dinner at a neighboring business and decided on a small stroll up and down the tiny strip to offset my toddler's antsy ways. With the Lottery's Mega Millions winnings being so high, my guy took this opportunity to purchase a few tickets out of pure convenience. Thank you to the young sales clerk for being so friendly and accommodating to our little one. Even the smallest efforts are appreciated... Lucky Liquors essentially carries everything and anything you could possibly want/need. Snacks, candies, sodas, juices, teas, lottery tickets, scratchers, and other trinkets you may need throughout your day to day. The store has one of the biggest varieties of alcohol I've come across. Come in, pick your poison, & be on your way!! 5/5 stars because the clerk was so very nice and the vibe is so very chill. Not once did I feel like we were being followed around with glares. Great location to purchase regular liquor store items or send money, which is what I did here. The owner of Lucky Liquors is friendly and definitely a plus and the reason I return. Across the street at a cash pay location the workets are so rude and always look mad. I stopped going there and am glad I did. Anyhow this place is perfect if you need a Western Union locstion to send money. I will be returning for sure. read more

Lucky Liquors is an interesting name for a liquor store. who wonders do i feel lucky when buying a bottle of booze? they are likely targeting the lotto ticket buyer. not much craft beer offerings here. in that sense i didn't feel lucky. brew: smirnoff ice smash (lemon lime, 2.99) 8%, 24 oz. -didn't taste awful, got a buzz which is better than getting lucky. generic malt liquor type which usually taste awful without the flavoring. pure water also available. didn't see any pricing. no patrons here in the afternoon. empty parking lot too. just saying. read more

This lucky liquor location has been in business since the early 70s! The name has not changed. It was originally ran by a couple who were so courteous and kind. They would always smile and do right by you and go out of their way to get what you needed! They sold the store in the late 80s. Since then it has changed hands a dozen times. I usually stop by still for lottery tickets for old time sake. The interior is still close to the original install in the late 70s but it was the top of the line at the time. read more

Best time to send money via Western Union and buy lotto tickets at the same time is over the weekend. On weekdays, woman cashier says system isn't working on three different times. (check cashing place across the street is always working). read more

Lady behind the counter was very rude when I was patiently claiming my lotto ticket win.

I came to store to give a sponsorship letter & flyer from my daughter's school for fundraiser since I am one of the sponsor committe for this event. I handed the letter and introduced myself to this "rude" lady. She told me she was new in that store so I just told her if I can leave the sponsor letter and just follow up with the owner. When I asked for the owner's name, she rudely threw back the envelope to me and said again that's she doesn't know the name and she's a new employee. This lady is very rude to me. Of course she can decline if she cannot sponsor. All she needs to say is "I'm sorry but I am not interested" I found out from her next door business owner that she was the real owner and she really have a bad attitude towards people that come in her store. I heard also that she's selling her business. Maybe filing for bankrupcy? Yelp, do you have "no star" because I don't even want to give 1 star to this lady who owns this store. read more

What a great place to stop and grab drinks snacks and scratchers! The older Asain couple are super cool and helpful! I've personally had very good luck playing scratchers at this location and to me this place lives up to its name! The alcohol prices are very competitive with similar stores in the area, not sure what previous reviewers are talking about. Excellent selection of craft and imported beers at a good price, Alex and Derek and John can't do enough to help you, and they have a good selection of liquors, again at competitive pricing. And perhaps the biggest plus? You don't have to wait FOREVER in line at Safeway just to buy a liquor or beer item. Alex and Derek have limited wine selection, FYI, because (I think they are smart here) that is a fickle market, and vintages are so iffy year-to-year, even under the same label. So, their focus is craft beers, liquor (whisky, tequila, vodka, etc) and vapes. And they are always kind and considerate. read more

For convenience I will give him a 2 Starr but over all the owner is shady. All liquor is higher than any other local store and he scratches the price tags off the bottles before you purchase...weird!!! I highly recommend driving an extra half mile to take care of your local good people who are genuine. read more
