I went through a number of folks to get the best surveyor I could find. Kent came highly recommended and he exceeded expectations. Despite the boat being relatively new and showing it, Kent left nothing to chance and spent the entire day combing over AND testing ALL systems. Most surveyors just write an inventory list of what's included. It doesn't hurt that Kent is also professional and honest. He suggested I spend the day with him and it was by far the best vacation day I have had in some time. He talked through his inspection, patiently teaching me everything he knew, as well as providing me maintenance tips to help me preserve my dream!

I came across Kellen's craigslist ad and had him come to my house and diagnose what was wrong with my car. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very straightforward with what was wrong with my car and showed me exactly what the problem was, so if I decided to take it into an auto repair shop, I could tell them exactly what I needed to be fixed and not get suckered into paying for more stuff that my car didn't need. I ended up having Kellen order the parts that I needed and he fixed it for me the very next day! Next trip we discovered the fuel pump was bad and they replaced it quickly AND replaced the polluted gas(had water in it). To top it off my trailer wheel started smoking driving home from their place and I had to pull into Pridmore storage lot so as not to lose the wheel/cause more damage(thank you Pridmore for being so kind too). Jerry replaced the bearing while it was still at Pridmore's and did it in one day so we could get out on the lake before this great weather goes away. These people care and are true experts on Boat and ski repairs.
