He then changed the valve and that didn't fix the problem. He then replaced a pex connection with a copper elbow and short pipe. That fixed the problem. I just don't understand why I had to pay for new parts when they weren't the problem. My bill was $800. I was pretty shocked. I can't imagine what my bill would have been for parts I didn't need had it not been discount plumbing. I will know better next time.

I made a request on Yelp for help on a Saturday and Brent at B-Line replied right away. He came on Monday and made recommendations and quoted a price for the work. He fixed the shower and replaced our 40 year old toilet with a modern water efficient Toto for a very reasonable price. He was friendly, professional, respectful and did a great job. We are very pleased with the work he did and will definitely call him again with any more plumbing problems.

I reached out Brent and he stayed in great contact about when he could come out. When he did arrive, he did a quick check and let me know what was needed and how much it would cost - he was very transparent and did not try to upsell me on anything, or get me to do anything else that wasn't really needed.
