Josh was great and super professional. He installed a gas line for a garage heater, surge tank for the hot water heater, and new pressure valve for the incoming water line. A different contractor had looked at the hot water heater and recommended full replacement because our pressure valve was leaking. Josh looked at it and said that wasn't necessary, the problem was a lack of surge tank and sure enough, putting one in solved the problem. He is very competitive on his pricing and couldn't be happier with quality of work. He is very responsive to calls and texts and goes above and beyond to meet expectations. We had a leaky kitchen faucet and sprayer, and a leaky outdoor spigot and of course it was Sunday. We called Josh and he arrived shortly after our call that same day, a Sunday. Josh installed a new outdoor spigot with a shut-off valve in the basement.  Perfect- no leaks, easy to use. Best help ever, will definitely call again! Our technician Josh came to extend an existing outdoor faucet to run under the deck & make it easier to water flowers. While he was here, he discovered water in the basement from the upstairs shower that had been leaking for a while. He quickly figured out the problem, fixed it & cleaned up the mess, it was great. If he hadn't discovered it, we never would have & would be facing lots of water damage. Josh, one super individual. I meant him several years ago when he was installing a garbage disposal for my daughter. He straighten out the mess the builder made under the sink. Later I had him replace the vacuum valve for my sprinkler system due to an improper evacuation the previous fall. Exceptional work ethic. Honest estimates, fair price. Our outdoor spigot was leaking and my husband attempted to replace it himself. What we didn't know is that instead of being screwed to the pipe inside the wall, it was welded, so when he removed it, it destroyed the pipe.
