However, the rate that i was charged at $180/hr for each person to put together 3 beds was ridiculous. This was not transparent in their quote. I was under the impression that would be $180 for both ($90/hr) which is still expensive but doable. $180/hr per person is more than a Union Contractor makes in NYC. The Handymen were just there to build 3 beds! The price was insane and i will NEVER use them again. If you wish to use them, please make sure they provide you with a detailed breakdown of the costs (not just a per hour quote) so you are not surprised like i was.

I originally reached out to Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning to clean my sectional sofa. The technician came by, inspected my couch and told me he could not perform the work because it is a cotton blend material and water would ruin the fabric. He recommended I reach out to ChemDry. I reached out to ChemDry, explaining my experience with Citrus Fresh and verified that they have the tools to clean this type of material with no water and I was informed by the Office Manager, Solybeth, that they could. The technician arrived early and was very friendly. I explained to him why the other company wouldn't attempt our couch and he assured me it would be fine, but we might not get the stains out. I told him that was fine as long as his methods don't ruin my couch. I left him to his business and when he was done, he said it would look a lot better when it's dry. It's been a couple of weeks and my couch cushions are ruined. He used water which he should not have used. The original stains are hardly visible, but the cushion color completely changed from cream to black/green. I have included photos. The small cushions dried to normal color and you can see the large cushions did not. I will say, someone from Chem-Dry tried to call me once after I emailed them. I returned the call, but did not receive any calls back. As I mentioned to them in my email, I'm not sharing this information looking for a refund. The damage is done and the $200 is nothing compared to the cost of replacing my couch. I simply want to share with them so they can learn from it and share with others who may be looking for upholstery services so they can make their own conclusions.

Fantastic job by Glenn at GNR! I found myself in a pickle…read morethis morning when trying to leave my sisters house, the garage door wouldn't shut and was hanging down on one side as it lost a roller and was partially open crooked. (Pictures attached are "before" repairs) I was unsure of who to call to help as I was house sitting and not familiar with garage repair whatsoever. I found GNR on Yelp and called as soon as they opened. I'm in Rockmart, and so grateful they were able to get to my location in under 75 minutes after receiving my call for a last minute/emergency request - so grateful for the quick turnaround!! Glenn immediately saw the issue and was quick to jump into action. Glenn was fantastic to work with as he worked through the primary issue and tightened up other parts of the garage door that were impacted from a loose cable and roller falling out of the track. He also gave me some great insights on what I could inform my sister of with how the garage was installed and things to look out for - no pressure sales, all great information. That type of customer service is hard to find - he provided honest feedback and suggestions with no haggling or pressure to call him back. He also didn't layer on any "scare tactics" that I know some repair companies can use to get you to upgrade or upswell their Services.. I had none of that with Glenn which made me trust him 10 times more! To me, it means he stands behind his work and isn't going to try and sell you a bag of goods if you don't need it. Now that everything is said and done, I think the garage is in better shape than it was before it went rogue this morning. Word of advice - don't try to solution any of this yourself! Glenn told me had I tried to do it myself I could have caused more damage and maybe had the garage come down on me or any vehicle still in the garage. I thought the roller had just fallen and the issue was bigger than I could see - phew! Trust me - Spend the money and get an expert like Glenn to help you out! You won't regret it. As I said before, this is my first time dealing with a garage repair and I found GNR via Yelp. I picked them since they were close in proximity and had great reviews. Don't let the fact that they only have a few Yelp reviews discourage you. They know what they are doing and are top notch from overall customer service, billing, quality of work, response time, and price! It's worth mentioning, they weren't out to take advantage of my emergency situation either and tack on an additional $800+ like other companies will try to do. *that's not to say you won't ever get an emergency charge, but other companies definitely would have for that quick of a turnaround. I'm so grateful to have found an honest company that takes pride in their work and services the community with the highest standards and integrity. I'll be sharing GNRs contact with anyone I can to ensure they get the attention and business they deserve!
