I do not recommend at all when it comes to jump starting a vehicle. On 8/18/25 we reached out to our insurance, who contracts through Agero who uses Pop-A-Lock. Before arrival, the vehicle simply said low battery. Everything else was working - lights, dash, radio, auto running boards, rear hatch, etc. When the tech arrived, he appeared lost to say the least. He started out on the right side of the vehicle where the fuse box was. He finally figured that out and went to the correct side. He appeared to be watching some sort of video to figure out how to jump the car. Then he disconnected the fuse block from the top of the battery and connected one cable to the POSITIVE terminal post of the battery and the other to the starter relay on the fuse block. Immediately we knew there was a problem as nothing worked - no lights, no dash, no running boards. Nothing. He even made a comment about how this wasn't the first time he had seen it. We had to use a different provider to tow the vehicle (not through Agero) and taken to the dealership. Dealership confirmed that the fuse block was bad. They replaced it + new battery and all was good. We are now having a fight with the insurance company and Agero about who is responsible for this whole deal. Maybe for locks they are good, but don't use them for anything else! read more

Mike in NW AR is my HERO!! What a pro!!They came fast even though I told them no rush. The batteries in my numeric lock on my home office in the backyard had died when I wasn't paying attention. Oh no! I remember paying extra money for the super, super secure lock! And can't find the key. Mike WORKED so hard on that pick proof lock and would not give up! He was so professional, even when my dog got out and ran up to him barking, he was just patient and kind. George at Pop O Lock came to the house because the 1st key he made only lasted a few months. So George doesn't stand behind his product I had to pay again. Yesterday April 13th that one broke lasted maybe 5 months. We have paid $400 for 3 fobs that George made and all 3 ended up breaking. I went to the dealer yesterday paid $279. For a oem fob because Honda's lasted 11 years George and Pop O Lock Lasted 4 or 5 months .. not 1 key fob, not 2 key fobs, but 3 key fobs for $400 so we could use them for 5 months. George you know your wrong but you will not do anything except stealing people's money read more

It's the end of a long work day. I get home and can't get into the bedroom. Not so lucky for me it's a keyed lock, not a easy unlock knob, you know, the type that an ice pick will open...I tried to gently pry it open - nope, that didn't work! I tried every key in the junk drawer - nope, that didn't work either. After much frustration, I gave up, relinquished my supergirl badge and called Pop-A-Lock. Jimmy to the rescue! I've used Pop-A-Lock twice. Once when I locked my 9 month old grand in the car and again last week when my car auto locked while I was warming it up before work. They arrived quickly both times and got my car opened in about 10 minutes. When I locked my grandson in the car the service was FREE! Last week it was $35.00. Worth every penney!
