So, in his store, he has 24 pinball machines, three cabaret style machines (Galaga, Centipede, Ms.Pac Man), two multigame machines (an iCade 60 gamer, and another that features about 100? vertical scrolling Japanese "maniac shooters..." if those are your thing. There's a Crazy Taxi game, too). The pins range in price from 12.5 cents per play (two credits for a quarter, arithmetic wiz), to a buck per play. Here's the key...every game that I played was in good or excellent condition! What an cool variety of games, he has. Newest game? Jurassic Park (2019) by Stern. Flagship game? We were hoping to enjoy a fun evening of indoor go karting at a place we'd never been. When we arrived we took some time to look over the price menu, decide what package we wanted and bought Groupons. While Robert was in the bathroom and Michael was sitting at a table near by, Sarah and I approached the counter to sign up and fill out whatever waivers were necessary. I showed my phone to the lady behind the counter, Stephanie, and explained we had bought Groupons and wanted to sign up and pay with them. She immediately FREAKED out. No, I'm not exaggerating... the video is proof in itself. She claimed we owed her money and we had already rode the go karts. She also said WE need to pay for a guy who was on the track at the time who hadn't paid. We repeatedly tried explaining that we were not with the other people, it was just us 4 and that we had not rode any go karts yet. She would not listen. I tried to speak to other workers. They refused to listen. She threw everything that was on the counter at us, called us horrible names repeatedly and even tried to rip Michael's wallet out of his hand! All of this was captured on their surveillance cameras by the way Time passed and the cops never showed up. I ended up calling. We spoke with the officer, told him what was going on and he then spoke with Stephanie and watched the video footage. Meantime the owner also showed up. Turns out Stephanie never called the cops and according to the officer she couldn't keep her story straight (as you can hear in the videos). Although the owner was hesitant, he did apologize. He was very confused by everything going on. I don't blame him. We are all still confused! He offered us a chance to stay and have a good time. We decided not to stay and left peacefully. I am not posting this to bash this business. I am posting this because Stephanie was harassing my friends and I and, honestly, she should feel ashamed!!" Lazer X is so fun. It has the biggest laser tag arena I've ever seen or played in. It's seriously…read morehuge, with lots of smoke machine fog, laser lights, hidey holes, bridges, ramps, games to play while playing the laser tag game, and lots of other fun stuff. Even the area where you suit up with your laser gun and watch a movie about the rules of the game is cool. I played two games back to back, and both games had at least 20 to 30 people. The arena is so huge that even that number of people seemed like a small amount. Beyond laser tag, there's also an arcade with lots of video games, skee ball, dance games and other things to do. It's very dark inside Lazer X, but your eyes quickly adjust. When it comes time to leave Lazer X, though, you're in for a rude awakening: It's hella bright outside! Agh! But assaulted pupils are a small price to pay for a good time here.
