Oscar and his father Poncho did a FANTASTIC job! They were diligent, thorough, honest and the quality of their work shows beautifully. They installed two French type drains to relieve sections previously eroded by the area's natural topography and appropriately re-graded before delivering, installing and compacting over 320 tons of CA-6. Their price proposal was completely transparent which is more than I can say for another excavator based out of Marengo who brags about being in business 30+ years and wouldn't provide any straight-forward answers to basic questions. Oscar and Poncho were absolutely meticulous!! We had very little overflow of rock into the vegetation adjacent to the road edge. The crown and slopes are now nearly perfect, so we expect to realize at least 20 more years of use from our gorgeous gravel highway (: Lastly, after the job was completed, I conducted a post-mortem financial evaluation and know that we saved a significant amount of money using T-Rex and received far greater value in the form of quality of construct than we would have gotten from anyone else. These guys are worth their weight in three tandem drum vibratory rollers. THANK YOU T-Rex. I recommend you 110%.
