Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars. Overall, Brian is a great mechanic who we highly recommend.

There were some complications with doing the alignment due to the knockouts being left in the upper control arms. I contacted Mike and let him know there was an issue. He ordered the tool needed and told me to bring it back in Monday which was the next business day and he would fix the problem and get me back on the road.
