Then I went through the absolute zoo , trying to do a return last week. I looked at their google hours... I was running errands and since google said they were open till 10pm and I was starting my errands at 5pm, I had plenty of time. I headed over just after 6pm and was very confused to see their gate locked up inside and a dark building. I looked at the hours on the door saying they closed at 6pm. So I pulled up the Google hours again which were now different than they were earlier the same day. Though they were now showing them supposedly open until 7pm. It was currently 615pm. I submitted to have the hours corrected, but why am I doing this? Shouldn't the business have their correct hours listed online? I canceled the return while sitting in their parking lot so I could go over to another location and do the return as I had the items sitting next to me in the vehicle.

When I returned later the employee said the manager would look into it and call me; never received a call. My partner went in to do an Amazon return on my behalf, told the employee that it was an Amazon return, showed them the shipping label, and was charged $115 for shipping. She had never done an Amazon return and didn't know any better. When I went in person to talk about these 2 issues they indirectly accused her of never showing the Amazon return label because they would have done it differently otherwise. Don't waste your time or money going here.

It was a soft plastic shipping package. All they had to do is put a new sticker over the existing sticker. Instead, they sold her a box for $10 and put the existing package inside of another one just so that they can charge an additional $10. They are so gross here. Then they told her it would cost $200 to mail when she asked to send it ground at the lowest possible cost. She had to completely talk them down so that she could send it for $30. Avoid this place at all costs.
