The service writer is interested in maximum profit and will rearrange the schedule accordingly.. He is not a man of his word..I do not trust him and will never go there again. Every time I go there it is the same...the scheduled appointment is not honored and he tells you that the appointment time is when you can drop the car off..The latest appointment was to have an alignment redone because it not done correctly the first time...IE you are rescheduled for Mr Tire to make more money.

And if that's not bad enough I called the parts store that he said he was using to find he was Charging me double for the parts. A 3 day job turned into a month. And when I asked to see the receipts for what he paid for he said no. So when I left there with my daughter's van I now have to put out at least 300 more for an alignment and another sensor that he broke finishing the job
