Still have the same problem rear brakes are still bad and it almost seems like no work was done. Didn't show me the new parts that he got for the car nor did he show me the bad or old parts. I couldn't leave as they had already removed my two tires that needed to be replaced. I truly believe that I was ignored because I am a woman. They were eager to help all the men waiting around, but didn't even acknowledge me. I always pay cash there, I always tip, and I bring 4 vehicles there as needed. My family will not be utilizing this shop anymore. When I asked why my vehicle wasn't being worked on, I was told that the staff were told to do it first. Funny how they did it last and not first.
