He gave me advice on watering, optimal grass care, custom-tiled my grass to my weird looking backyard, gave me tips on how to clean up the sod delivery, and was just overall very above and beyond what I expected when I called in earlier that day with an "I need grass today" request. I called in a couple of other places, too, before I chose NYC Grass, and 1. they are faster than anyone else that I could find, 2. they seemed more knowledgeable and willing to help and transparent about how they work, 3. their pricing is super super reasonable, and 4. they are very flexible, they said they can work with whatever kinds of backyards (high weeds, tree stumps, and all) and they work fast too.
