We had a clogged drain that the roofing inspectors found and we had to replace the tubing from the drain. Our Manzanita roots had broken into the old piping which were a mass of tangled roots. The piping was so damaged it had to be thrown away. Empower put in new piping that roots can't get into. They gave a reasonable estimate for this work and, when we accepted it, they abided by it. The work was done spectacularly today and when they left, the area was more spotless than when they began. We won't count on great reviews, recommending this company. We'll actively promote them to our friends who may need minor or major things (Empower does both) as home improvements. They're prompt, honest, and know what they're doing!
