He did an excellent job of explaining how the tank system my Mom had worked with the bio filters and flow of the leach fields and what needed to be done to maintain the system for many many years. The tank defiantly needed to be pumped and I was told that other than a missing Inlet Tee, everything was in excellent working order. Which was nice to hear, and they saved me money by reducing the cost of the Inspection when I decided to pump the tank, I highly recommend Perkins if you want to get an honest, thorough assessment of your Septic tank.
