When I called them they moved me up to an emergency appointment to fix my issue. They came on a Sunday when it was raining and dug up and installed water pipes to drain rainwater away from my basement. It was a massive undertaking and I'm glad that I got a quote from Virginia Drainage and Erosion. I would definitely recommend them to at least come and give you a quote.
