It does not matter how many times I call, I have not once received a return phone call since providing my payment. The phone mostly rings to no answer. The couple times I have reached someone I was told the manufacturer is having substantial delays and they cannot get any update from them - I received feedback from the manufacturer within 24 hours saying my experience with this dealer is not normal and I also cross checked with two competitors (oh how I wish I had done that back in November) and have gotten 2 week lead times quoted for the same stove from both of these other businesses. Upon learning this information I requested a refund but you can imagine how that is going. I even picketed the store front for an hour and forty five minutes today and still cannot get a return phone call or any movement on my refund - THEY JUST DO NOT CARE!!!

He listened to what our needs were and proposed the best options for our specific scenario. He worked with us to get the necessary permits and even worked directly with the township when they had questions about the project. We wanted to have a fresh air intake for the stove but our ventable area to the outside of our house was not large enough to fit the necessary ductwork. Mike worked to create a solution that would give us this option within the existing ash cleanout in our chimney. During the process, Mike was readily available to answer any questions we had and after installation, mike was still just as available. Many contractors just disappear from availability after the job is complete. Not Ambler. Once we started burning wood, Mike was just as available to help guide us in getting the most efficient burns from the stove, how to keep the glass clean, and even where to get wood and how to tell if it is properly seasoned.
