Service departments SUCKS. I brought a Polaris RZR 1000 with the problem of it running poorly…read more Asked them to use their Polaris Digital Wrench Computer to diagnose the problem for $110. They then gave me a $1000 bill saying the valve time was off by 3 teeth. Also, my drive belt was bad, which they showed me and it was. They never called me with a quote for doing that work. That is an issue in itself, but it gets worse. They did a compression check and said it was good, which was written on the work order. However, it is impossible to have good compression with valve time being off. Also, I knew it was not off because I checked that along with many other things before bringing it to be diagnosed. They called 4 weeks later and said it was all fixed and runs great, they also wrote that on the work order as well. I get there to pick it up and it runs the same as when I dropped it off. The mechanic, and I use that term loosely, said it ran great yesterday I don't know why it is running bad now. Left the machine there for another 5 weeks and I called once every week to check on it and the service manager, Leonard said, yes we have been working on it and he would check with the mechanic and call me back, which he never did. Finally, they told me they couldn't figure out the problem because the RZR was too modified. Which I guess a full HMF exhaust system and stage 2 Hot Cams are too modified for them. Very disappointed, I would not let them work on my bicycle. The only slightly nice thing I will say about them is that they must have agreed with me that the valve timing story was not possible, because they did take 2 hours of labor off without any fight. So it cost me $750 and two months to get a new belt. Which is a 20-minute job that I have done on the side of a trail in the past. Also, they store your machine outside in a dirt parking lot, the bike was spotless when I brought it in, and when I got it back it looked like it had been used in a war. They did not even wipe it down.

Called…read moreto have a tire replaced today, and I was told that they have the tire in stock and to be there before noon. (They close at 3 PM on Saturdays.) My usual habit when getting work done is to leave the scooter with them and walk down the street to Starbucks for some coffee. This time I brought my wife with me with the expectation of "cruising" by the beach after the repair. We both got there, they had the tire, BUT the mechanic informed me he was leaving at noon (and the front desk knew that) and I would have to leave it until Tuesday... which is not what I was told on the phone. I don't mind things taking longer or having to be done at later times, this is something that should've been communicated before I drove out there with the expectation of the repair being done today. Time wasted. Afternoon derailed. I will now be using another shop in town (Pro-Tech Automotive) for all future maintenance and repairs. #HowToLoseARegularCustomer

John and Frank "know their stuff", professional, pricing was extremely fair and their "craftsmanship" Best in the business. I took my bike for brake flush, and brake pad replacement. During this service, I let Frank know I was hearing a clank around the primary case. Sure enough, Frank and John looked into the primary case noise and observed the compensator, screaming eagle was destroyed causing this clank. They Immediately ordered the part(s), made the repair and had me back on the road safely. 100% committed to customer satisfaction. They go the extra mile making sure they exceed your expectations. As we ride a lot, these machines need some TLC on occasion. Treasure Coast M/C center was recommended by a couple riders in the campground, so took our Suzuki in for some routine service. These folks were fantastic in getting the work done quickly and without a follow up issue. This experience was repeated on several occasions, all with great results. Our old BMW needed a clutch last year, and Treasure Coast stepped up. The owner, while a former Harley Davidson dealer, is a BMW rider himself. His crew finally got the parts for the bike (BMW's issue, not his) and did the replacement. A few weeks later, it was apparent that there was still an issue with the clutch swap. The motorcycle was returned to them and, after a few days, was corrected. No complaints, no whining, no BS....just get it taken care of. I needed further service on one of our motorcycles this year and received the same excellent service I'd come to expect from this dealership. In short, I've got some of their business cards that I carry with me and have not hesitated to recommend them any time I encounter a motorcyclists that's unhappy with the current service options. BMW riders can be a difficult group to satisfy....but the one's I've given cards to have been happy with the results.
