They also hold your lotion there for you so you don't need to lug it back and forth, which i thought was a very nice touch! I'd also been there for a sunless tan for an event, and something went haywire with it- the girl at the desk helped me figure out what went wrong and we figured out how to get the tan i wanted. All in all, the customer service so far has been great, and I can't recommend it enough.

Upon arrival, the staff was very nice, clearly explained everything and was attentive. I've only had one spray tan there, but it was easy and comfortable. They include a lot of products (sticky feet, so you don't get the bottoms of your feet covered in solution, pasties, a thong, hair net, barrier cream, spray on bronzer). My tan was beautiful, but it only lasted 4 days. That may have been because I needed to shower after 14 hours (best to wait 24). It also didn't cover my feet very well, so I had to use a self-tan towlette on my feet and calves. I'm getting the second spray tan this week, and I'll update my review then if it lasts longer than 4 days.

They sell you it to you in those little cups you use to make jello shots (see why I wanted a detox wrap:) lol) so basically for $12 they give you 25 cents worth of the cream that also comes in a larger bottle that retailed for around $20. Anyway, I walked in the back and the girl started the detox machine which looks like a weird sleeping bag. It does not look as lovely as the website photos suggest. I was in a makeshift room in the back. Also, I really find it hard to believe they clean this thing completely after every single use... I don't even think the tween girl working at the counter could lift the dang thing. Anyway, you put the cream on and get in the sleeping bag- that's the wrap. When the timer goes off, you get out and towel off and leave. I fell asleep during the wrap. Noticed no changes at all, good or bad. I never ended up going back to use the rest of the groupon, just seemed like too much hassle and possible grossness for not feeling even a little tiny bit different. I feel better after a long run :) The place was super clean and everyone there was friendly. I would not recommend this service, but I would not write off the entire place.

I call up Baked per a friends recommendation and the employees on the phone were SO accommodating and took my hysterical self in right away. Alexa did an AMAZING job and gave me the perfect pre-wedding glow. She calmed me down and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Afterwards, it started to rain (cue the hysterics again) and the employees were so so nice and lent me an umbrella and basically walked me to my car. Whenever I look back on my wedding day prep, I'll always look back on this experience and be so warmed by the kindness the employees at Baked showed me. The bulbs in the booths are so hot and you can tell changed and rotated frequently. I've tanned twice in level 3 and already have color! Which doesn't really ever happen so quick if you tan you'll know. He offers a lot of product, pretty much every lotion known with great prices! Another plus is they offer the versa spa instead of the mystic which has always been my go to booth spray tan if needed.
