To date our issues were pretty much dismissed. I personally reached out to Carlos prior to the holidays (2022). Carlos explained that this was a very busy time for him but he would address after the holidays. Well, the holidays came and went. I have built many homes in the past and I have not had the issues I am having now. Some of the pavers were cracked, a lot of areas had little to no sand and some of the pavers were just poorly cut. I have since made multiple calls to Carlos and he will does not return my calls. This guy has NO customer service. Beware if you are considering using him! I would not recommend him at all!

These guys are great and quite the artisans! This took a lot of pain staking detailed work to pull that look off. He was there pouring concrete which is the most important part of the job. He made certain the slab was pitched to drain properly. He was hands on. If the slab is of poor quality , the entire project goes downhill from there. Michael was top notch. He was always responsive even in the middle of another job. He might be curt when answering while in the midst of pouring, but he always answers any day of the week. Many of my friends who used other contractors have had very bad expeiences with some aspect.
