It happens again almost a week later, I fill up on my own and decide to get it checked when I come back from out of town. I forget and then it comes back so I went to Fairly Big Name Tire Place to get it checked out. Had a bad experience at one, go to their sister store, have much better experience. Patch tire and I assume I'm golden. Alas, I am not, as light comes on again the next day. Now I'm just annoyed. I go BACK and they find yet another puncture - this one VERY close to the sidewall and not fixable. Rude. Then they quote me over $300. DOUBLE rude! So i start calling around. I'm losing hope, thinking that's fairly normal and as good as I'm going to get and I'm about ready to call and schedule to bring my girl in when I remember the great reviews I saw for this place around the corner from my house. I've walked by here many times, I drive by almost every night, but I've never really considered what they were. But I read the reviews here and on a few other sites and they're almost all absolutely amazing. So I figured hey, it has to be worth a shot. And I pick up the phone and I call. You'll read a lot about Alex here and with good reason. He's one of the owners. He was a bit rushed at first but said he needed to check stock and he'd call me back. True to his word, I hear back less than half an hour later with an apology that my tire is pretty rare (unfortunately I know, this is my 5th tire in 2 and a half years!) and he couldn't find one used. Okay, I expected it, what's the cost for new? Literally less than half of my other quotes. What? No. Impossible. How?? Must not be including the installation, right? But still, less than the price of just the tire at the other shop so...why not, let's do it. He took a deposit by phone so he could order the tire and said he'd let me know when it came in. I was at work but he did call and also texted to let me know. As I said, it's around the corner from my home, when can they get me in? Literally whenever. They're open till 10. They're also open Saturday. I think this place must be run by magical fairies because are you kidding me? There's no way! But I show up a little before 6pm and not only are they open, but Alex is waiting to greet me and get me checked in. He shows me to the lobby, which is small but comfy, and I go sit and play on my phone. It took less than forty minutes. Legitimately, I am home and hanging out and it's only 6:45. My tire light went off on the way home. My tire looks good and honestly I'm considering going back in a few weeks and getting it a friend. This was honest to god one of the best auto experiences I've ever had, including the big name dealerships, mom and pop shops, and even friends of friends. I can't believe I never even considered them, I am shame faced and won't go anywhere else now that I know better And that insanely low quote? That was all in. I paid the difference in the office and it was still less than half of what Fairly Big Name Tire Place wanted. I can't recommend Alex and the crew enough!

After that I went for a ride and realised that the alignment wasn't done at all because of the steering wheel. I went back and they admitted that they didn't do the alignment. I had to wait for so long and still didn't get my money back. They told me to come again tomorrow to get the refund. It's not worthy to go there. Not recommended at all.
