We have been coming to this shop exclusively for a couple of years now. They have always been fair and honest with their repairs and recomendations. We have had work done on all of our family cars here. Air conditioner repairs, brakes, oil changes, radiator, purchased tires, and most recently had a flat repaired. We appreciated them letting us know it was a small leak and not advising us that we needed a whole new tire. My daughters radiator repair was minimal too, when the other shop she went to recommended major repairs. We trust and value having this location in our community. I stopped by this location to get a oil change versus going all the way out to the dealer in Wesley Chapel. The service was good, the workers were friendly and I got in and out of there in no time. I was pleasantly surprised it was reasonably priced and they offer more services then I realized. These guys were great. I had problem with a noise from suspension area and Iwas getting concerned. I have used Express for oil changes but nothing else so far. I had it checked out at another place but they could not find anything. Express Oil checked it out and found it was because of some loose bolts (scary!). They tightened everything up and did not charge me anything. Great weight off my mind because I drove away feeling safe again. Thanks guys!! Simply amazing service with some of the most understanding and friendly people. My first time there was an emergency stop - smoke rolling out of my tires. Luckily we had pulled into the lot next door, saw the shop and went to ask for help. Less than two hours later, on a Saturday night, they had parts delivered, Jeep repaired and me ready to head home just as their doors were closing. If I could add 5 more stars I would. They took a situation that was not fun at all (I had just spent a lot of $$ a month ago on the same vehicle for repairs) and made it easy to handle. I didn't get the names of the guys who were helping, I was just not in the right brainspace, but it was Saturday, Oct. 19th just before closing. Thank you so very much!!! read more

This was my first time coming to this shop since it's opened. It's in a great area- right next to Publix, restaurants, and many communities. I really appreciate how convenient it is. The shop is overall very clean and the employees were very nice. I booked my appointment with them a few days prior so that I could get an oil change. When you first get there, you don't even need to get out of your car! All I had to do was drive up to one of the empty spots, and the employees directed me to where I needed to go for my oil change. The oil change was super fast, but I was waiting a little longer than usual for the complimentary tire rotation. I appreciated that they went over everything they were going to be doing prior, and even offered my water while I waited. The prices are a little higher than the shop across the street, but the quickness and friendliness makes up for it! The only thing I didn't like was that I had made an appointment online, yet when I got there- they told me it was first come, first serve. Just a bit confusing for new customers. Why even give customers the option to book an appointment online if they don't stick by the appointment times? Overall, the experience was great! They were fast, friendly, and I'll definitely be coming back again for my next oil change! read more

Great customer service as soon as you pull in with your car. They have certified mechanics to service German vehicles. Full tire service center too and their prices were comparable to buying your tires online, except that they will fix your flats and give you alignment checks for the life of your tire. Billy is pretty straight forward with the work that needs to be done to your vehicle and I feel pretty confident with his word. Giving one less star, because from my few experiences, none of the employees who check in the customers or work the front desk wear masks. I would update this review if they took COVID precautions on behalf of their customers more seriously. read more

My daughter borrowed my Ford Expedition for a trip to Ga. And had Express do an oil and filter change while she was at work a few blocks away. Upon picking up the vehicle she proceeded the trip to Ga. About 4 hours into the trip she encounters a horrible noise and vibration. Since it was about 9 pm and Interstate 75 was dark, she drove to the next test stop where she found the skid plate had come loose from the two rear bolts which were missing! Without tools at night she had no recourse but to cut the skid plate from the brackets and continue her trip. Early the next morning, she spoke to the manager who promised her he would make it right. Upon her return she took the truck to them and they told her they would order the new skid plate and a bracket that had vibrated off due to the flapping of such at highway speeds. Now weeks later "Jerrod" refuses to repair the vehicle. Suggesting she hit something which caused the bracket to break. I called and spoke to him advising him that it was actually the bolt left out of the rear section that caused the vibration that broke the bracket. It is apparent and sad to think that once again, they thought this young lady is clueless to being taken advantage of. Fortunate for her, she has a Father that happens to be a mechanical engineer. Unfortunately it appears we have no recourse other than to warn others of their shady buisinesss practices. read more

Friendly, clean, fast, and fair! I picked up a hunk of metal in my rear tire and was hoping to have it plugged, but the metal was too big and caused too much damage. I was looking around for someplace very close to home since I didn't want to drive too far on my donut. I saw Express Oil Change on Yelp and it had better-than-average reviews. Most of the other local tire places near me have abysmal reviews. So, I called and asked if I needed an appointment, and they said no just bring it on by. Took well under an hour to complete the tire replacement (thankfully they weren't super busy) and the price of the new tire, plus mounting, etc was fair. I am a little late posting this review but: when this shop opened in 2020, I was driving a beautiful shortbed, standard cab gunmetal 1985 F-150 that was having so many problems that I could hardly drive. I brought it over to these guys, and to my great surprise: they actually cared. They did about $4500 in work to my truck and when it left, it was like owning a completely different vehicle. Everything was perfect, and they went the extra mile to help me with parts, and working out how to fix issues. I don't remember the original opening crew's names but: you guys saved my ass and today I got asked about recommending a shop in the area. From the moment I arrived, they didn't try to nickel and dime me like the other shops in the area- they told me what really needed to be done with my car. Lizi was top notch and the oil change took no more than 15 minutes. I think the oil change ended up being around $40 with the coupon , which is hard to beat for synthetic. She even cleaned my windshield (which is now completely spotless), and checked all my lights. In and out in 15 minutes- can't beat that!
