I went to the one near Beijing House and drove there to patch the tire. Dave offered free of charge change of two airfilters, which Oil Take 5 charged me 30 dollars for a new one and manual fee. I bought my own on Amazon, and take them there and Dave was extremely nice to install them during direct sunlight at noon. I am so grateful! A big thumb up. I made an appointment online ordered three new tires for my 2020 Porsche Macan and they officially received the tires on my appointment day along with an alignment. Dan was absolutely amazing informative and provided the upmost best customer service. Everything was done to my expectation except for the alignment done on the car. It doesn't seem like it was done to the most it could be aligned. However, my car was extremely due for new tires and alignment, and I may have to come back to redo the alignment but other than that, I was provided great customer service and Dan is an amazing employee. read more

About to take my third trip to the same location within the same week because the first time they put my tire on backwards (didn't check if the rubber was directional, which is tire mounting 101). second time they broke my valve stem on my $750 bmw wheel, and decided not to tell me like I wouldn't find out when I went to put air in it myself (which I had to because these guys don't know what bead lock wheels are and are too inexperienced to work a 20 ft/lb torque wrench apparently) These people know pretty much nothing about cars it's actually astounding how they get hired. Appointment made and still waited over 2.5 hours. Impolite staff, not explaining the reason for the wait. Kept telling me to leave if I didn't want to wait. What's the point of the appointment system then?? Came home to find that all four tires were different pressure, none of which were at the correct value. Took our tire to get patched & they claimed it was "beyond repair". Ordered one but we wouldn't get it for a few days. We understood this but it did delay us moving across the country a few days. When we showed up to our APPOINTMENT, they said they wouldn't have it until tomorrow. They knew they didn't have it yet gave us no call when they knew of our moving situation. Went in on 04/22/16 to have a single tire replaced. Went here because it was the closest tire shop to my home. Was greeted right away. Told they have the tire In stock. Same as others on the car. Stock tire for the car. They took 2 hours for them to replace one tire. The technician even stopped working on my car to help someone else, leaving me waiting. Now about the tire. It is the noisiest tire on the car. Sounds like there's a bubble in the tire. No vibration, but it's loud. This "brand new" tire loses 4-6 pounds of pressure a week. I have to stop 2x a week to put air in it. Also, the TMPS light stays on and won't go off. read more

I called the night before and I asked about my tire and a person told me that he have 4 available so I took appointment at 1 PM the next day and, when I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to ask how they can help me then I told him I have appointment at one and when he looked on the computer he didn't have any kind of information about my appointment then I had to wait another 45 minutes just for someone to look at my car and tell me how much my tires will be and I still didn't get no help. Went in for an oil change. 2 weeks later I noticed something was wrong with my engine and went to a neighboring repair place. They checked the oil and said that tire kingdom didn't replace the oil and there was old oil in the bottom of my engine and that they just put new oil on the top so it looked new when you checked it from the hood. Very dishonest place, pricey, rude staff, nothing good from here. Save yourself time and money and avoid this place. The epitome of a dishonest car repair place. read more

Their billboard facing Fowler reads "We will beat any competator's price." Went in to get a price - way more than most other places. Had a printout of Wal-Mart's price in my pocket, showed them; then suddenly that tire wasn't available...tried to sell me tires $50/each more expensive. I asked if they would also match Wal-Mart's installation price ($12/tire) they wouldn't. The answer they gave me is "Walmart has a $20,000 machine that mounts and balances the tires for them, they don't even have to do it." Ok, so since you didn't buy a $20,000 machine, shouldn't your prices be lower? Are you telling me that I can go to a place that has a machine that will perfectly mount and balance the tire, every time, and pay less than here? "Well you have to remember, Wal-Mart is cheaper for a resason." Sure, and you have to remember you put "We will beat any competator's price" on your billboard for a reason too...if it's completel bullshit, then take it down. read more

On our way home to Indiana on I 75 we heard a horrible scraping sound the front of the car. We pulled over and found that the plastic under carriage was scraping the pavement. I told them that I would do it myself and the mechanic essentially shamed me in front of customers and the other employees and made a big stink about me not wanting to buy a new one from them.
