They not only provided estimates for the muffler and oil leak but also gave me a list of other items that might need attention. I appreciated that when I told them I only wanted to take care of the two main issues, there was no pressure to do additional work. I had bought the converter and two Oxygen sensors about 7 years ago, after talking with the auto shop manager at TCTC, who said he would put me on the list. I had called several times, only to get excuses. I talked to the folks at Rick's Lifetime Muffler, and they told me that they would be glad to do it. I made the appointment, and they installed it, only to find out that I should have bought four oxygen sensors. It was my mistake, so I ordered the other two sensors, and they installed them for me without charging me for my mistake. While I was there, there were many customers who were repeat customers, some who came from out of state, who used to live in the area. This is a family run business ho the customers love, and I can see why.
