Extremely poor customer service, expected to be paid twice for food even after it was proven that the food had been paid for. Cashier did nothing while this went on, the night crew at this location performs their jobs poorly at best. Personally I would give negative stars if possible. read more

This is my favorite gas station when I visit back in Warren, Ohio. Not necessarily for the gas, but all the MTO (Made to order) food so yummy. And for a picky eater like me I can get whatever I want a get it customized, PERFECT. I love their sandwiches, they have lunch, breakfast you name it they got it. And over the years I have been away I have been missing out. Lots of choices you go to the monitor, touch the screen and order what you want, yourself and wait for a ticket to print up, go the counter, pay and then they call you up when it's ready. read more

It's a gas station convenience store, plus made-to-order food. You can certainly get a salad to help balance out your diet along your road trip, although most of the options are pure comfort food. Place an order on the touchscreen, pay at the counter with any other items or gas, and pick up your order. Food service is a bit slow, and it's certainly not gourmet food, but it hits the spot on a trip. Top things to try include the appetizer sampler which is usually 3 types of appetizer for $5, and their customizable bowls. Yes it's a gas station and fast food joint and I gave it 5 stars. Why? Because it's a great location, awesome staff and they take care of us! Our food is always cooked well, if it is not they fix it. It's fast and easy and I don't mind the money I spend here because it's better than many fast food places In our area. Now I do not care for the donuts at all. They are not made fresh on site and you can tell. But the fountain drinks are good and their coffee is not bad in a bind. The caramel hot chocolate is always a favorite! read more

Drinks took a long time to get. My pumpkin was a odd taste of flavors and my girlfriends peanut butter hot coca was a huge gob just thrown into the drink. I really wish the new concept speedway and get go stores would go into our area which has just moved into the Sharon pa/ hermitage area.
