Go to a custom shop, purchase an Apple CarPlay enabled radio, get it installed, and done right? Nope!!! I went from one shop to another to only be told it can't de done. Determined I called Infiniti and asked what could be done at all? Infiniti told me if it could be done Titan Motoring was the place to go. I called Titan Motoring that day. The Gentleman at the desk said you called the right place.. If it can be done "Ray" is the "Man".. Yes he is!! Ray made it happen. I now have Apple car play in my ride. It works flawlessly and the installation is prefect. He was very patient and explained everything throughly. Thanks again!

Asked for a quote via Yelp, they told me I had to bring in the vehicle for an estimate. I did, and…read moreI'm glad I did because I don't like the way they conduct business - by bashing others. They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

This place is a circus if not a complete joke. Only call themselves Elite so they can charge you…read more$200/hr for labor, no matter if that's towards a down-pipe change or a fog light install. There's not a trace of 'Elite' in this establishment. From the people, to the skill of doing a job or even the sincerity towards a customer who's not paying $$$ so that you can have an inflated idea about yourself. Got a quote for over $6K for new downpipe, pads and rotors and an intercooler. It was expensive for sure but I thought they'll do a good job. My Focus RS is my daily and I was quite clear to Rich on how important this car is to me and the main reason behind taking a hit on the wallet. He seemed to understand everything, clearly it was only to get me on the hook. They took ~50% advance said we will call you when the parts are in and schedule a date to get the job done. A month, multiple follow-ups and their failing attempts to explain their knowledge of 'supply-chain' and why it's normal that they don't have a clue on when they parts would arrive, we finally had all the parts and scheduled a date. Surprisingly I get the update the next day the car is ready. I go pick it up, make the last payment and leave. A couple of weeks go buy and I'm beginning to smell the emissions in the cabin. I thought to check the tune and couldn't find the OBD port in the car! Called them about it and they said to bring it in to take a look. I mentioned the missing OBD port. Couple of hours later I get a text, your vehicle is ready for pick-up. In the text they also mentioned that there was nothing wrong with their installations and the OBD port was not found. So again I had to call Rich's tells me we checked everything, everything is tight and good. I told him so what about the smell and he says well that only happens if you turn on the AC! Unbelievable. After having to explain it again to Rich he agreed to take another look. Got a text a few hours later saying your vehicle is ready for pick up. Nothing about the issues so I call and the lady (who has ZERO manners with a hopeless attitude problem) says Rich will talk to you when you come to collect. Confused i showed up and he came out to say they did a smoke test and guess what, there was a LEAK. Immediately he got defensive, said 'it could be leaking from anywhere, we can't really see in the video... BS' when it was right where the downpipe goes on the turbo. I told him what's next, the car is undriveable right now, can't have the emissions coming into the cabin. He couldn't care less. He said 'we don't do that job. Maybe the new parts broke some old parts and started walking away'. Told me I was 'pissing him off'! Lol probably because his scams were coming undone and it was time to run back inside. This place is pathetic. If you've got lots of extra $$$ lying around, want a poorly executed job and be treated in a way which makes you livid, yes this is the place for you.

Thier customer service is terrible and they lied to me about the quality of their products.read more

And thanks especially to Gary for his dogged search to find the electronic "bad seed" that had been mucking up the works!

My experience with this company has been, the only word to describe it, bizarre. The level of…read morefrustration and amount of run around I have been getting is nothing short of maddening. In short, I was working with a very nice salesperson starting back in January. Landon was patient, very attentive and available. Part of the problem, in my experience, is the fact that the business runs 100% on commission. So, at times when my salesperson was not available, I could get no one else to step in and help. One time I was in the story waiting for nearly 30-40 minutes since the sales rep was with another customer and no one else in the store was able or willing to help me. I was there to pick up audio cabling for a home improvement job I was doing at my home. As part of the home improvement, I purchased nearly $2500 of equipment - all quality equipment so no issue there. I also was looking at an 83 inch TV to purchase and a custom HDMI cable. The cable was a custom build based on the length I needed. When the cable arrived, I had only a day or two to install it as the drywall was set to be installed. I called the store and asked if they could overnight the cable to me (I live about 40 minutes north). Well, since only my sales rep could do anything at all on the account, the person who I spoke to and asked to do this, left the request as a message to the sales person. Unfortunately, the sales person was on vacation. I had to call him to find out it was not sent and that the company would charge me $14 to ship it but that it would take 2-3 days. Since I no longer had the 2 day lead time, I had to drive to pick it up. When I got there, I asked the person who I initially spoke with why he did not simply ship it the 3 days or so prior when I called. He said only the salespeople can handled this. Then, the lady at the counter relayed to me, unsolicited, that she was told I was too cheap to spend $14 to ship the (nearly $600) HDMI cable. Having already spent $2500, this was just a silly and unprofessional thing to say. It was at this time that I asked the store manager to cancel a TV I had ordered. The store manager was actually very nice and very understanding and agreed to cancel the order. The order was not a "special order" and, if you read the policy on the website, was fully eligible for the refund. If I had ever taken possession of the TV (I had not) then there may be a restocking fee involved but that was not the case. Fast forward three or four months later, I come to find out that the store manager never processed the requested cancellation. In the meantime, my salesperson quit (good for him) to get a much better opportunity and I was having some challenges getting anyone to return my call to discuss the TV. Fortunately, a wonderful guy named Dustin did call me back and apologized for the experience and told me he would process the refund. He was very empathic and wanted to make it right. I sent a confirming email and was told to wait about 3 days for the refund to be processed. I sent another request for status about a week later as I had heard nothing. I still got no reply to the email so called Dustin. Again, very nice man but he told me that someone else processes refunds - it was out of his hands. This seemed odd as he is the manager. I was told that Stacey was in charge of processing refunds. Fair enough. I called to speak to Stacey leaving 2-3 messages. I also followed up with some emails. All I needed was for her to call me back and discuss this. Instead, I was sent what appeared to be stock email responses. The store's position now is that the request for the refund is too late and that I would need to dispute this with my credit card company. I again asked for someone to call me to walk me through this process and to get some of the details -- what date did they charge me and what exact amount. To date, they have refused to respond to any messages or email and have send me a final email saying they have "decided to terminate our relationship" and now say they will not refund my money. Keep in mind, I have never laid eyes on the TV, do not have it, was told by the manager he would handle (based on this I bought another TV as the first one no longer met my needs) it. I need some details on that transaction and also some assistance on the other products I purchased but this company's position is that they have unilaterally terminated the relationship and, I presume, they intend to keep my money. I now have to file complaints with the Consumer Affairs in the state of TN and may even need to retain a lawyer. Absolutely bizarre experience. In the past I have purchased Wilson Audio and D'Agostino products so am used to dealing with higher end distributers and never experienced anything like this at all. I do think those extremely reputable brands need to be aware of how this company treats customers. I rarely publish negative reviews, but potential customers need to be aware.
